  December 25, 2018 - Got just 20 min of open time before drinking.
  Dark berries, Semi dry ... acidic
  Missing something for me so balance is a bit off.
  Was fine with a big roast.
  Probably could have used decanting a bit longer.
  Pretty good and enjoyable, but past its prime.
