  December 26, 2018 - Still a delightful wine that shows a tad of concentration loss since my last bottle. Not quite as vibrant, but still very full nose, and a great mouthfeel. It’s in a subtle, refined stage, in a good way. I would pare my next bottle with good Italian charcuterie and cheese as apposed to the lead wine with a big rib roast. It’s still has a few good years of drinking window.
