  March 9, 2019 - Blueberry cobbler, eucalyptus, braised lamb, ground rock, raspberry liquor and black pepper. So complete and unctuous, with this emphatic expansion in regards to palate. Paradoxically heavy but light, which is a very attractive quality. The finish is absolutely perfect. Decanted for two hours. Through the vein there is a Turkish coffee element. This will age for many years, and I am challenged in finding an end date. The tannins are quite velvety. Drink 2022 -.
