  June 2, 2016 - Near perfect fill and cork. PnP Initially, heavy barnyard, earth and dark fruit. The animal aromas receded after 10 minutes in the glass to reveal a complex bouquet of plums, black figs, mushrooms and pepper. Slightly sweet and intense mouthfeel. Very few tannins on the finish. Excellent bottle!
