  April 2, 2019 - Dark, rich, aromatic, slightly vegetal and, to the point, complex. Nothing over the top, it’s all about firm tannins, spice, body and flavors ranging from mocha/leather, herbs and earth to plum and dark berries. Some tartness mixed in as well. Medium finish. Color me impressed. At this point, give it a couple hours of decanting for full impact.
