  August 4, 2008 - Aromas of blueberries, licorice, spice and camphor assault the nose, following onto a lush palate with rich notes of blackberries, bruised dark cherry, strawberry puree/jam, with licorice and spice on the finish. Clearly improving, this wine is integrating nicely now, it is only the slight tart finish that lets this wine down. Still good. Decanted, but fine straight from the bottle.
