August 3, 2019 - Yeah I think this is probably as good as it’s cracked up to be. Pretty nose, white peaches, flowers, whiff of smoke. Palate fine bubbles, rich but poised, touch of bread with the fruit. Cleansing. Long. The future is surely bright.

Day 2: opened up a touch more. Apricot on the nose, saline slight bitter edge on the palate, like apricot skin. It’s delicious now but I imagine there is more to come.

    8/11/19, 1:25 AM - Greetings,
I have a case of the ‘09 but only three bottles of the ‘08. When should I crack open my first bottle of ‘08? Thanks Dave
