December 24, 2019 - Open by mistake instead of the Picq Vosgros 2012. Big Oops! Medium pale straw colour. On the nose, aromas of white fruit, grass, a touch of oyster shells. On the palate, the attack is frank, with an opening on the white fruit aromas found on the palate, then morphing into a good dose of acidity with citrus, chalk and oyster shells. A good length and a côté fringant. This is still too young, but it is very good and doesn't seem to have the oxidative notes the previous taster noticed. A very good wine, with clear Chablis characteristics. This has finer details, more power and more complexity than the "simple" Chablis of the same producer. 90 but probably 91 with another 3-4 years.
