  December 24, 2019 - Served with beef Bourguignon. Decanted about 45 minutes. Dark fruit nose, with some spice and mild earthy notes. Taste was perfect, with dark fruit flavors, a hint of chocolate, maybe even cedar or Forrest floor, and some great light Smokey ness on the back end. I think this wine will go another 5+ years, but it is drinking superbly now.
