  January 26, 2020 - Wow! Still primary, but give it 30 minutes in the glass and it really opens up. Perfect balance! Dark red cherry, plum, spice, licorice and everything you'd want in a ripe, richly styled Brunello. Layered and really well-made. This will be interesting to follow over the next decade.

  1/27/20, 7:48 AM - Thanks for the tip. I think it's time to check-in on another bottle; I haven't opening one since release. If the normale is drinking this well, I cannot wait to try the riserva down the road.
