  February 2, 2020 - Very pleasant glass of wine. Drinking at, or slightly past prime. Tannin now slightly dominates fruit. Black olives on the nose. Black olive and chocolate notes on the palate. Good acidity. Recommend drinking up, but look for this in recent vintages. Always a good value. Addendum: day 2: May have misjudged the longevity of this wine. Fruit reappears in spades. Suggest a decant and a little air before serving.
