Light ruby, youthful color; nose is moderately aromatic, higher toned red fruits and less sappiness than the Gevrey VV; palate is light bodied, elegant red fruits, again a bit higher toned than the Gevrey, medium-plus acidity, balanced medium alcohol (13% on the bottle); finish is short-medium. Also good, balanced, food-friendly, a. bit lighter and less sappy than the Gevrey but still good value for $30. 87-88
