  April 11, 2020 - 2-1/2 hr. decant for a little fine sediment. Classic BV profile of currants and cherry. A bit hard and tannic yet, but good with food. This is will benefit for another 2-3 years in the cellar, will live much, much longer. I think this will continue to improve for a long time.
