April 18, 2020 - Clear ruby in the glass with a tiny garnet rim. Looks like a thin Pinot or a Beaujolais. It smalls like stone, bright red fruits with a faint floral note. Initially it tastes like a mouthful of Amarena cherries but dries out nicely with fine tannins and lively acidity. Long harmonious finish. This isn’t a wine that goes a bunch of different places, but rather goes one place incredibly well.
Please bear in mind this is a very particular kind of wine and very much my thing at the moment. If you like Ribeira Sacra, Bierzo, Beaujolais, you may like this too. If not, save your money.1 person found this helpful 434 views
