  November 8, 2008 - Wine Guy Weekend Chez Doktas Take 2; 11/7/2008-11/8/2008 (Collingwood, Ontario): Wine Guy Weekend chez DoktaP's: Black cherry, licorice and anise notes permeate the nose with spicy black cherry and a dense but more revealing palate than the La Turque. Lots of stuffing and it shows this is a well built wine for the long haul. Again, it was better on day 2 but also seemed rather closed or in a dumb phase. Still a great drink. Long finish.
