  September 13, 2020 - Last of my 12 bottle case and by far the best one, likely not because this bottle was much better than the others but it was just the right time to drink it. Tannins and oak were much better integrated than in the previous bottles I drank, which is expected, and fruit was still strong to provide a great balance and a pleasant experience. Not overly complex but just the confirmation that drinking even a not too expensive cab before 5-7 years should be avoided, if possible.

  9/14/20, 3:28 AM - I agree 100% on aging Mondavi Napa cabs. For me, the window for these has always been 6-9 years, hitting stride at 7.
