October 17, 2020 - Medium-dark ruby, opaque in the centre. A steak grilled rare over vine clippings, then dropped on the dusty path on the way to our table under the trees; that's what it smells like. On the palate it's very fresh and juicy, but packs a punch. Not much tannin: acidity provides the structure. Joyous, and great VFM at about £13. 14.5%, cork.
