November 19, 2020 - Fourrier theme lunch at Maison Dakota. Drank in Grassl Cru.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of sweet spice, friend said geranium flowers, red cherries, cool licorice. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), rounded medium tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of ripe fleshy red cherries, black cherries, a lot of sweet spices, licorice, underlying cool dark minerality. Long finish.
Very good quality. Good substance. Fleshy, but still needs more time to develop and show its complexity.1 person found this helpful 1,229 views
