  December 25, 2020 - Pinot Gris, Vitovska, Malvasia and Sauvignon in equal parts. Fermented on the skins and aged for two years in botti.
  
  Wild, spicy and aromatic nose upon a solid base of ripe peach, wild strawberry, dried apricot, lychee and orange. Some floral notes of rose petals and rose hips comes through as well.
  
  Full bodied with vibrant acidity and very smooth texture. Again a wide spectra of different fruits and spicy citrus peel. Great intensity to the flavors and not a trace of bitter notes. Long and spicy finish.
  
  This was a great bottle in great shape. Drinking very well right now and I will pop my last bottle within a year.
