  June 21, 2018 - This two parts Syrah, one part Mataro wine cocktail comes entirely from Eric and Lisa Jensen’s heralded Booker Vineyard. The wine is intense and concentrated with loads of fruit and spice. On this evening, the Booker proved to be the most elegant blend with its silky, fine grained tannin and long floral finish. This was the group’s consensus wine of the flight.
