  February 2, 2021 - Tasting notes very much as before. This really is very impressive, without being overweening. If, like me, you get frustrated by expensive and unreliable white Burgundies, this could provide a very satisfying alternative.

  2/3/21, 11:37 AM - 24 hours later, and with the last glass, what strokes me in addition to the above is a pleasant thread of bitterness, reminiscent of apple pips or almond skins. An interesting extra layer of flavour.
