  February 3, 2021 - Popped and poured. Complex aroma of funky leather, red fruit, and herbs. Lively flavors of rhubarb, cinnamon apple, and thyme. Cinnamon dominates the prickly finish. Fun, unique, spritely and spritzy, glou-glou, great staying power.
  
  Not for everyone, but if you like this sort of thing it's very good.
