  December 8, 2020 - The quintessence of Barsac, Climens is known for its elegance, balance and freshness. This bottle of 47 Climens was all about richness, robustness and succulence. Developed flavors of confected fruit, sweet baking spices and a hint of hazelnut and almond nuttiness are perfectly mature. On the nose the noble grape still displayed surprisingly fresh citrus and white flower aromatics with beautifully aged botrytis. Still very rich, but never overly cloying with the impressive acidity keeping everything fresh and in balance.
