February 11, 2021 - Last bt, breathed for 2 hrs, more powerful and less austere after airing, similar to notes 2 yrs ago, proper Montrachet GC - power with fine balance and elegant, complex, floral but also possess some Chablis GC minerality. A wow wine in a polite way.
