  February 14, 2021 - Big and bold. Unashamedly modern and super-plush. Deep inky plummy fruit, spicebox, vaillapods and a touch of hoisin.... all wonderfully backed-up and balanced by only a pinch of Italian acidity.
  Must admit I liked this better than expected...!
