  February 20, 2021 - Been opened for 3 days, definitely has benefitted from this time. Flavors much more prominent/recognizable than first day. Raisins, fig, butterscotch, orange peel. Lengthy caramel and toffee finish. Fairly syrupy texture, medium acidity.
