February 21, 2021 - Just a baby still. Shows lots of promise, but a bit tight at the moment. Tasted from a Coravin and am tempted to let the rest of the bottle sit for a while.

2/22/21, 12:54 PM - I have a Coravin too. I'm finding that a full glass of wine, poured from a decanter, inevitably tastes far better than a Coravin sample. The difference is big enough to discourage me from using one again. Read the other reviews. This wine is almost universally deemed supple and ready to drink. I've had several bottles of the 2010 RS now and it is wonderful. In fact I ordered more. I don't trust the Coravin anymore. I don't know what it is, but Coravin samples have never shown as well to me as a poured glass. Cheers!
