3/2/21, 1:47 PM - So GLAD you enjoyed this! 🙂 If you don't mind me asking, do you recall if you decanted & what you chose to accompany it?

    3/3/21, 12:50 AM - I have 10 left from a case of 12.
Do you think, given your score, they are ready for drinking now then ?
I have not been impressed so far.
What would be your recommended decant time ?

3/3/21, 7:40 AM - It was decanted about an hour with a glass saved for the next day. I apologize for not having a note but was going through the cellar and eliminating bottles that have been drunk and basing the score off memory.
I bought 6 of these and really only enjoyed the last two. I kept seeing the potential in the first 4 but no matter how much air, they never really blossomed. The last two (drank in the last 2 weeks) had beautiful fruit, mellowed structure and favourable BdM characteristics.

In hindsight i might have rated previous bottles on the potential I saw but were probably 90-91 at the time drinking. Hope it helps!

3/3/21, 7:42 AM - srh, we actually had nothing with it. I was surprised how good both bottles were without food.
