from southwest exposure Ayler Kupp vineyard in the Saar Valley
with 50* slope, slate and stone soil and ~70 yr old vines.
Whole berry vinification. Spontaneous fermentation by wild yeast.
Aged 4 months on fine lees.
9.5% Abv. 3,000 bottles.
