  January 4, 2009 - I've been curious about this wine for a while so thankfully I got to try a bottle last night with dinner and I think that for the price, this is a pretty good wine. Lots of dense, rich, fruit flavors with good acidity depth. I've had a few better Chianti Riserva's but those were all probably around 2x the price of this one so that makes this even more appealing to me. These are such nice, food friendly, wines and it surprises me that I have so few Italian wines like this in my cellar, especially considering that I love Italian food. I'll certainly pick up a few of these soon.
