  April 21, 2021 - Pretty dark purple with a bit of ruby.
  
  Nose: kinda lost here, a little bit of floral and baking spice and slight red fruit pies or tarts.
  
  Very smooth mouthfeel with a tart raspberry to keep the balance, slight dryness but it more complements the smooth mouthfeel than contrasts it. The finish is mainly composed of darker flavors which also helps balance the fresh raspberry at the beginning. It’s a bit smoky also. Even the strawberry influence has a bit of a green to it.
  
  Looking forward to the next bottle this one was a bit of a mystery for me
