May 9, 2021 - Light golden colour. The difference in style couldn't be greater between the Hofgut Falkenstein Kabinett "Kugel Peter" 2020 and this one and this is not an issue of the different vintages. This shows more power, better balance at this stage and is ready to drink quite now. Intense fruit of pineapple and peaches with slate scents and flavors underneath. Not that nuanced at this stage as the Falkenstein and more like a spätlese. But definitely the more enjoyable style for the next, let's say 5 years minimum. 5/12/17/9, 2020-2029
