  May 28, 2021 - Interesting, organic, natural, extended skin contact Chardonnay, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Orchard fruit, ripe citrus, with some tropical fruit notes. Dry, with nicely balanced acidity and alcohol and not overly chewy finish. Refreshing and fun. Drink in the near term, not likely to improve with further aging.
