  June 12, 2021 - Deep ruby, with marked viscosity and high extraction. Starts off with greenish minty aromas and tight tannins, but quickly mellows to ripe cassis and black plums, but still with cool mint, cloves and cinnamon. Fairly long finish, and moderate complexity
