  July 9, 2021 - rich transparent purple ruby, lifted aromatics of blue and purple fruit, chook poo, white pepper, young leather, savoury cold cuts, violets and woodspice. Sappy, youthful, bright cherry acidity, fine tannins, bits graphite and ashy earth. Coconut oil and generous violets, and more berries. Easy, emerging, concentrated yet elegant. A pretty wine, too young, better in 5-7 years. Nice mint finish.
