  July 17, 2021 - Whoa. Laser beams! Sharp, tingling acidity, ripe fruits, and a richness that almost borders on oxidized notes. Super intriguing chenin, immediately went out and bought more.

  7/18/21, 10:54 AM - I think a roast chicken, light cream-based pasta, or salmon/white fish would work quite well. Despite its richness, I’m sure oysters would be good, and perhaps even milder thai food.
