  May 1, 2021 - Nose: Oh my word. This is firing on all cylinders as it shows off great depth and complexity with red apples, pears, peaches, yellow and white flowers, vanilla beans, custard, brioche, biscuits, warm dough, and lots of mineral tones providing a base for it all.
  
  Taste: The feel is Medium/full bodied with tart, high acidity. The acidity is well integrated, but with a youthful verve. There is excellent texture and balance to the feel with red apples, pears, peaches, yellow and white flowers, vanilla beans, custard, brioche, and warm dough.
  
  Overall: This was from magnum and was killer. There is so much going on and it was going down quickly, so this is really more of what I took the time to write down. There is plenty of life left here, but there is zero reason to not dig in and fully enjoy.
