  January 5, 2021 - Opened and let stand in the bottle for a couple of hours to soften up. The aromas on pouring were intense and wonderful. Cherry is the primary fruit picked up in the aroma. There are also some floral & mineral notes, as well as a touch or orange peel. On the palette the flavors were very nice. Again for me, cherry was dominating things. Tannins are strong, not overpowering though and there is a nice finish that lingers with a little spicy bit there too. A fantastic wine for the price.
