  August 24, 2021 - Faustino VI, Rioja, 2020 : 100% Tempranillo, unoaked. Red cherry garnet, with on the nose crushed blackberries, raspberries, with hints of espresso and leather. Medium-bodied with the palate echoing the nose, showing a juicy, fruit-forward albeit not jammy profile, together with notes of coffee beans, sage and thyme, medium-plus acidity, with soft tannins lingering on the medium finish. A lovely, easy-drinking Rioja. Real food wine and great QPR. 14% Abv. Drink now-2024, maybe longer. 90
