  January 19, 2009 - Deep purple, almost blue. Aromas of blackcurrant, soy sauce, and bel pepper. Smooth wine with hints of bell pepper and long finish. A delicate and well-balanced Napa Cab. Definitely mature and should hold for another 5 years.
