  November 3, 2021 - Brought from my cellar and decanted at a favorite prime rib restaurant. Yes there was sediment as it's unfined and unfiltered and to be expected. Wow, fantastic SLD wine with an ethereal rich nose and secondary umami characteristics, but with an ample amount of velvety smooth black & blue fruit. Really fantastic now with just a short decant.
