November 20, 2021 - Grown on a selection of Massale vines from Vosne-Romanee that were transported and replanted in the Reiterpfad parcel. Nose of blackberry yogurt, sour cherry, dry-aged meat. Fine palate with smooth, salty attack, then, in the middle, the presence of the wine dissipates and thins out quickly. Brambly blackberry, salt, cranberry, elderberry, anise and camphor. Smoke, some wood, and pepper accompanying. Ending of cherry, and cranberry juice. Stylistically, like a Nuits Saint Georges or Savigny-Les-Beaunes.
