  2/8/22, 4:53 PM - Hello fellow NJersian. Just curious how you get access to such great bottles. I have been in this wine hobby for the past 7-8 years, collected over 600 bottles, but most are young (not counting some Riojas, Cali Zins and few Bordeaux bottles). Thank you.

  2/8/22, 5:30 PM - P718-I have been collecting since in 1970s (you do the math!) I was an early follower of Parker, and he generally agreed with my palate, esp with Bordeaux. When I downsized houses, I had a handyman cellar built. Be careful, this is a disease! Where in Jersey? Southern here.

Without much thought, this has become my most expensive hobby :-) I need a friend like you. :-) Our friends are not really into wine as much as I am, so no blind or theme based tastings for me until I find local folks that are into that. If I ever host a theme based tasting (closer to summer), would you be interested to come? We live in Wayne NJ. Just trying to find other guys that have been bitten by the wine bug to share wines with and impressions.
