  November 26, 2021 - Thanksgiving wine, initially tough to tell it’s a Burgundy. With air and time the dirt/earth and a little wood comes out.

  11/27/21, 11:15 AM - I had it today and it’s indeed a bit auster / shy, yet very easy to drink, elegant and balanced.
