  October 13, 2021 - Medium garnet. Some tannic bite, and peat and smokes, as well as ripe strawberry and cassis flavours, dried grass and florals, and slight pepper and stewed meat. Long smoky finish, with the florals, grass, and savoury meats coming back in waves. Nice!
