  December 16, 2021 - The wine looks light red in color with rather fast legs and no visible sediment in the bottle.
  The aromas I detect are black pepper, jam and chocolate. When tasting I would describe the flavors as dark fruits, plum, cherry and chocolate. The body is medium with a smooth texture, medium finish and medium acidity.
