  December 20, 2021 - Monster dessert wine. This is syrupy sweet with notes of caramelized sugar, dates, and just enough of a hint of chocolate to handle brownie cheesecake. But still lean enough to cut through the richness of the dessert. I suspect that this needs to be served in the context of dessert, otherwise, it might be exceedingly cloying.
