  January 22, 2022 - Coravined for 2/3 of the bottle. I also found out as other notes here the alcohol is very dominant. For the last 1/3 of the bottle, I decided to open the cork and leave it for 24h, which has paid out. The wine became much better balanced with a level of alcohol which was only slightly noticeable. It paired very well with a blood sausage.
