  January 2, 2006 - The strongest showing yet for this wine. Somewhat hot and red on the nose, but in trademark Carlisle style, the alcohol surrenders to a rich full bodied zin that's silk on the tongue. For the briary, spicy Zin-bomb fan, this one is probably not your style, but for finesse and balance, this is a fine example of the richness and bold flavors of Mike O's delicious fare. So glad this one did get released.
