  April 14, 2022 - Excellent mature Hermitage. Tart dark cherry, orange fruit and peel, oak, earth and leather, some sweet cedary spice. Excellent with filet mignon and bernaise sauce. Short decant and good to go. I prefer Chave’s style, but this is an excellent wine. I always have a good store of both on hand.
